Detox bath for eczema & the whole family

I LOVE a good bath!!!

Who doesn’t???

Soaking away in a warm bath, relaxing your body & your muscles, reading a book, having a wine, or just simply closing your eyes & having some alone time.

I suggest not drinking while having a detox bath but go for it any other time 🙂

I have a detox bath once a month & the kids have them also. I give Laky with eczema a detox bath once a week and everyone more if sick. This salt detox bath is great for soothing problem skin, making your skin feel silky soft. Boosts your magnesium levels and relaxation.

Do not use any soap or shampoo during or after a detox bath.

EPSOM SALT DETOX BATH FOR CHILDREN

.1/4-1/2 cup Magnesium Bath Flakes

.1/4 cup sea salt

.1/4 cup baking soda

.1/4 cup apple cider vinegar

.few drops of lavender essential oil (optional)

EPSOM SALT DETOX BATH FOR ADULT

.1 -2 cup Magnesium Bath Flakes

.1 cup sea salt

.1 cup baking soda

.1 cup apple cider vinegar

.10 drops of essential oil of choice (opt)

You can dissolve the flakes before adding to the bath but I just throw them in while the baths filling up, then Add the baking soda then the apple cider vinegar and essential oil if using.

Soak & relax for a good 15-20 mins, rinse off and dry as normal.

Now I might just go prepare one right now 🙂

If your in Australia you can find Magnesium Bath Flakes here
